PAYMENTS

1. HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENTS?

You can make your payments through Debit card, Credit Card or through Net banking.

2. CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes,Cash on delivery(COD) will be accepted. Online payments are also accepted.

3. HOW SAFE ARE MY PAYMENTS THROUGH DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS?

Your payments through Debit or Credit cards are absolutely safe. We adhere to very high industry standards of securing your transactions so that all your information is secure.

4. IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSACTION FAILING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please ensure that all the information that you have provided is accurate. See that your internet connectivity is not uninterrupted while you are transacting. In the event there is a disruption in connectivity and if your account has been debited without the order being generated, then the transaction will be rolled back and your account will be credited in the next 7 days. 5. DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE TAXES?

All the prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable Taxes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

You will receive the order within 2 to 10 days from your order date. If it takes more than 8 days, we will give you an intimation regarding your order in-transit status.

2. IF THERE IS A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

3. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SHIP ALL ACROSS INDIA ?

Yes. India Post is our courier partner. Through India Post, we ship order all over India.

4. CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN MADE?

Yes. You can cancel an order before the shipment has been made. You can call or whatsapp to 91596 81276 or mail us to ozotrekkingbags@gmail.com. However, once the products have been dispatched there is no scope for cancellation.

5.  DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Yes. If the customer returns the bag within 5 days from the delivery date. The customer has to bear the return courier charge. To know more, click return policy
